1. Subscription and Access

1.1. By subscribing to our service, you gain access to download and use our Assets in accordance with these Terms. 1.2. Your subscription grants you access for the duration of your active payment period. 1.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

2. License and Usage Rights

2.1. When you download an Asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it. 2.2. You may use the Assets for personal, commercial, and non-commercial projects, including videos, advertisements, presentations, and social media content. 2.3. You may modify the Assets to better fit your project needs. 2.4. You are not allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Assets in their original or modified form.
• Claim ownership of the Assets.
• Include the Assets in any product that allows third parties to extract or download them as standalone files.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All rights, titles, and interests in the Assets remain the sole property of Motion Library or its licensors. 3.2. Unauthorized use of the Assets may result in termination of your subscription and legal action.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1. Subscription fees are charged automatically based on the selected plan. 4.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to the Assets will be revoked after the current billing period ends. 4.3. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.

5. Termination

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without notice if you violate these Terms. 5.2. In case of termination, you must cease using all downloaded Assets immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We provide the Assets "as is" without warranties of any kind. 6.2. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our Assets.

7. Changes to These Terms

7.1. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
